CanTeen: Fun with the Taxback.com Crew

Living with cancer is difficult at any stage of life, but particularly when you’re young. CanTeen is an Australian Organisation that provides support to young people between the ages of 12 and 24 who are living with Cancer.

Members of our taxback.com Sydney office were inspired by the programmes and initiatives run by CanTeen Australia and agreed that it would be an extremely worthy cause to support as part of our CSR scheme. With that in mind, we organised a Meet ‘n’ Greet party for the CanTeen Youth AGM, where youth committees, made up of CanTeen members, get together to oversee various aspects of the running of the charity.

Members of taxback.com were thrilled with the success of the evening.

“During the evening, we had the opportunity to meet members of CanTeen and to witness the fun, happiness and support that this organization brings to its members and their families.”

We would also like to extend our thanks to the generous support of Sydney Harbour YHA and Dare Foods, who provided an ideal venue and delicious catering for the evening, in association with taxback.com.

The event was a great success and we at taxback.com look forward to continuing to support CanTeen throughout 2013.
