Taxback.com makes donation to the Jack & Jill Foundation

13 September 2014

We’re supported the Jack & Jill Children’s Charity for over three years and we never stop marvelling at the great work that this charity does.

The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation provides home respite care for families of children with brain damage up to the age of 4 who have suffered severe intellectual and physical developmental delay. The charity also provides end-of-life care to all children up to the age of 4 years.

We’ve heard from some of the parents who have experienced first-hand the support the charity provides. One parent of a little girl who was born with serious complications said that it was the ‘only lifeline extended to us when our world was turned upside down in an instant.’

We’re delighted to have been able to make a donation of €10,000 towards the amazing work that Jack & Jill is doing for families in Ireland. One hour of nursing care costs €16 so our donation will provide 625 hours of care for children in need.
