Your Årsopgørelse is the official government document you get from the Danish tax office by May of the following year. It outlines all your earnings, how much you’ve been taxed and any tax deductions that you have. If you don’t have it, it’s no problem – our document retrieval team can source it out for you.

Your employment contract is the form signed by both you and your employer which outlines the conditions of your employment. You should receive it when you start working in Denmark, and we will need it to claim your tax refund. Make sure you hold on tight to it though because we are not able to get a replacement for you.

If you don’t have your Årsopgørelse or any other Danish tax documents just let us know by emailing denmark@taxback.com and for a small additional fee, we can find it for you.
