Taxback.com commits to paying a 2019/20 Season Pass for any Ski Resort of the winner’s choice to the winning customer. Maximum prize amount will be to the value of $1000 CAD. If season ski pass is more than $1000 CAD, a gift card for ski resort of winner’s choice will be purchased to the amount of $1000 CAD.Valid photo identification or a certified copy emailed to Taxback.com will be required before the prize can be issued.All prize draws are provided by Taxback.comNo purchase is necessary.Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.Employees (and their families) and agents of Taxback.com are not eligible and may not enter.Entries are made by registering via the physical Taxback.com pre-registration form and online by completing a Taxback.com entry form.Entries must be submitted within the advertised time limits. Taxback.com reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds.Entrants agree that by entering a prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Taxback.com for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for marketing and sending offers and other information.The winners of the prize draws will be selected at random. There is no minimum or maximum number of entrants for any prize draw. The chances of any particular entrant winning a prize draw depends on the total number of entrants for that draw. Winners may be notified in person, by phone or e-mail. Taxback.com may disqualify a winner if it has not managed to contact such winner within seven days of its first attempt to do so and may then select an alternative winner.Taxback.com has the right to take photographs of prize draw winners and to use those photographs and the names and images of such winners to publicise its prize draws and other products online, in emails and through any other media. Individuals should not enter prize draws if they do not agree to this.As part of the prize, the winner must provide feedback on how they plan to spend the voucher prize in the form of a written statement and pictures for use in our PR and marketing materials.Taxback.com may suspend or terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which grounds may include without limitation a prize draw (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by attacks, viruses or any other act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.As a condition of your entry into any prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.Taxback.com and its agents assume no responsibility and are not liable for the loss or late receipt through the post of any documents, notification or other communication. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.By participating in any of our prize draws, entrants agree to be bound by these rules (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions, which are final in all matters. The entrants also agree to the Taxback.com terms and conditions.Winner will be announced by the 27th September 2019.The competition officially runs from the 19th June 2019 till 11th September 2019
