Taxback.com becomes Ireland’s first ISO certified tax agent

Taxback.com has become the first tax agent in Ireland to receive the ISO 9001: 2008 quality hallmark. The prestigious certification was bestowed by Certification Europe after months of scrutiny on our internal processes and procedures.

The external audit was an exhaustive process which shone a torch on every stage of the customer journey, from initial client engagement through to payment of the refund. Every function was tested repeatedly in order to meet the rigorous criteria demanded by the ISO certification.
