#TaxTipsIreland

The Taxback Group has won another award.

We’re delighted to announce that our parent company, The Taxback Group, has been officially recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces 2016. This prestigious accolade was presented at the Great Place to Work Awards in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Dublin last night.

Speaking about the award, Group HR Director, Stephen Hickey said: ‘We are delighted to have received this recognition after the tireless work of our Great Place to Work Team and the enthusiasm of all our staff members throughout the process. This was a group effort that required everyone to get on board internally. The level of engagement throughout the process was fantastic.

“The Taxback Group has been growing steadily over the last few years. Last year alone, we took on 81 new staff in Ireland which is testament to the work we’ve been doing to make it a really great place to work.”

CEO of Great Place to Work Ireland, John Ryan said: “This year’s listed organisations have gone one step further, ensuring there is a clear alignment between their culture, climate, structure, practices and behaviours. This creates an employee experience where talent can thrive, and the organisation can adapt and achieve.”

The Great Place to Work Institute assesses the policies and practices in place in organisations under the following areas: Inspiring, Speaking, Listening, Caring, Developing, Thanking, Hiring, Celebrating, and Sharing. They then benchmark these practices against other organisations in that country. The second key component of the assessment is an anonymous Trust Index Survey to gather the feedback of employees.
