Before founding Penny, Lesley was Head of Design Thinking at Bank of Ireland Group. Lesley holds an MPhil from Goldsmiths (London) and Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Design from the Institute of Art, Design, and Technology.
She sits on the board of the National Museum of Women in the Arts (Washington, DC). Previous board positions include the National Gallery of Ireland and the Institute of Designers in Ireland.
